GEICO.Amersc.com is a traffic safety website maintained by the American Safety Council, Inc., (hereinafter referred to as “American Safety Council”) for the sole purpose of providing driver improvement education and testing for GEICO customers under the auspices of approvals, licenses and certifications issued by state departments of motor vehicles and, in markets not subject to regulation of insurance rate reduction driver improvement courseware, by authorization received from GEICO, Inc.

This website provides the American Safety Council’s Safe Motorist Course for GEICO customers for the sole purpose of increasing a motor vehicle operator’s knowledge as to the skills necessary for collecting and processing critical traffic information that is essential for safe and efficient motor vehicle operation.  No representations or warranties, expressed or implied are given as to a motor vehicle operator’s ability to receive an automobile insurance rate reduction from GEICO in response to completion of the course on this website or for other consequences resulting from the use of concepts and information obtained during completion of the American Safety Council’s Safe Motorist Course.

Refund Policy

If an order is cancelled after you have made payment but before you attempt to complete the course final examination, the American Safety Council will refund your total order amount upon receipt of a written request to info@americansafetycouncil.com within 60 days of registering for the course.  No refunds will be issued for failure to pass the course final examination.

 

IF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE IN FULL, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY TERMINATE YOUR USE OF THIS SITE.
